Executive Chef of Rod's Steak and Seafood Grille, New Jersey's
Legendary Steakhouse, is featured in a two-page spread of Real Morris
Magazine. The story centered around Chef Jose's experience and
highlighted his many accomplishments including cooking at the White
House during the Bill Clinton and George W. Bush Administrations.
During the stint in the nation's capital, Chef Jose also trained White
House cooks and introduced culinary trends into the presidential
kitchen.
